Payment, Cancellation & Refunds

  1. Our services are in 2 broad formats - pre-recorded and live sessions which includes Webinars, training, events, etc.
  2. Anything purchased on Akshanova is non-refundable because one gets instant access to the modules post payment. If an online event or webinar is not scheduled for some reason, we  reschedule it and give free access for the next session. You will receive email regarding your enrolment in the next session. If you are not able to attend that as well for any reason, please do write to us at [email protected] and we will try to put you in the time slot suitable to you.
  3. If the live session is organised as scheduled and you are not able to attend, there is no refund or rescheduling. However, you may still write to us at the email mentioned above and we will try to accommodate you in next session if there is a scope. Our decision would be final and binding in this case.
  4. There is NO cash transaction allowed at Akshanova. Any query related to cash payment or receipt would stand void and nullified.

Privacy Policy

1. The basic details we collect, like email, name, etc are to uniquely identify the person signed in. It also helps to communicate regarding Akshanova related activities and promotions.

2. We do not share any information collected with anyone. It’s is strictly used for Akshanova related activities.

3. The login credentials, like name, email, mobile, etc are mandatory to access anything on Akshanova. If you want to discontinue, you will have to delete your account and in that case, you loose all the access to resources, our modules,  certificates, or any resource or access to Akshanova. Account once deleted cannot be retrieved and you loose access to everything, even  the  paid resources.

3. Any bank / financial / credit card related information is not stored with us. We just get the payment receipt from our payment gateway partners like Stripe, PayPal, etc.
